I learned another intersting fact over the Christmas Break. I learned that my family lost $30,000 when there was governmental friction in Panama in like 1976. $30,000 in 1976. That's huge. My dad was so upset that he started buying real estate and splitting up money in checking accounts to avoid such future crashes. He bough some land in Arizona. What's cool about this whole thing is that with the internet I can not only check the land's value but I can also see an image of it from the air. Talk about checking for squatters.
